Epi 2 Part 1: Arnaud Buddy Exercises

We know it is so hard to get motivated, let alone get started on fitness! One of the best ways is to grab a friend to work out with you and have some fun along the way.

I managed to get Arnaud off the couch and into beach body mode. My guest this week, Arnaud is a working professional, a fitness enthusiast with a dynamic personality. We had so much fun trying out this 7 minutes workout, short but impactful to hit your core for a beach body outcome. If you have more time, do 2-3 sets of this 7 minutes workout for more productive results.

The 7 exercises are (do each for 45 minutes with 15 seconds rest):
Crunch Claps
Toe Crunch
Half Dragon Flag
Leg Circles
Plank Clap
Side Plank Twist with weights
