Zak, a qualified Personal Trainer from Core Studio Sg showed me some effective but quick workouts for total body conditioning while you are at the park, watching the kids! On the second part of the show, Zak and I cook up a healthy low carbs version of Mie Soto or Soto Ayam, a popular Asian soup. This is a great post-workout meal or a nice warm dinner option using lots of local vegetables and zoodles, with familiar Asian flavours.
