To wrap up the last episode of Season 2, I have gorgeous Cindy and her vivacious 1 year old Elodie as guests on my show! Cindy is a corporate high-flyer with an extremely supportive husband. Cindy was also an ultra runner but with her new role as a mother, she discovers how challenging it is to find time for herself, let alone exercise. So we did “7 Mum & Baby Workout”, where she can do anywhere with her baby. That way, while spending time with delightful Elodie, she also gets some sweat in while she strengthens her core and pelvic muscles post partum.
Try this 7 workouts, do each for 45 secs, and rest 15 secs. Complete 1 set in 7 minutes and double or triple the sets if you feel stronger. A quick easy way to get back to fitness so that you can be healthier and happier in mind, body and soul. We know a mother’s role is all encompassing. We are fit not only to take care of ourselves, but to be in a better position to take care of our family too.
