Fat loss and Strength training.
Start a new fitness and eat clean lifestyle habit.
Strategies:
Body weight workouts with plyometrics, cardio & martial arts techniques
Clean eating guidelines
3 times weekly workout.
Each workout for 1 hour.
Monday, Thursday and Friday:
8.00am or 9.15am at Toa Payoh Fitness Corner (time to be confirmed)
