Monday 45 min Spartan training Part 6 is focus on grips today with coach Ryan.
Good turn out with 6 participants, good balance of both genders and age range.
Our routine today;
- Warm up 1km run
- 1min core bag lunges
- 1min gripz 4kg clean and press
- 1min TRX slow power pull
- 1min 2 arms hang with legs pull up option
- 1min 2 hands KB (24kg) deadlift and walk about
- 1min alternative burpees
- Repeat set X 4
- Finisher; 500m row
Summary; my fingers are shaking as I typed this. Need to work on grips and arm strength.
