Start30: 30 days commitment schedule

Start 1 October 2017 for 30 days.

All fitness levels. Variations will be provided depends on fitness levels.

Objectives:

  1. Fat loss and Strength training.
  2. Start a new fitness and eat clean lifestyle habit.

Strategies:

  1. Body weight workouts with plyometrics, cardio & martial arts techniques
  2. Clean eating guidelines

3 times weekly workout.

Each workout for 1 hour.

Monday, Thursday and Friday:

8.00am or 9.15am at Toa Payoh Fitness Corner (time to be confirmed)

6.45pm or 8.00pm at Tiong Bahru Park (time to be confirmed)

Saturday:

5.00pm or 6.15pm at Tiong Bahru Park

Sunday:

8.00pm at East Coast Park
